Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@uniwidemerchandise.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number on the outside of the box. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software or digital licenses
- Custom-configured (CTO) products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
