Refund Policy

  • Refunds Processing.

Refunds are processed within approximately fourteen (14) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. Please do not send your purchase back to the distributor. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Partial Refunds and Unfit Products.

We may grant partial refunds, at our sole discretion for (a) any product with obvious signs of use; (b) CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened; (c) any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or (d) any item that is returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery. If a partial refund is offered, but not accepted, the product is unfit for return. 

If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options:

  1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at customer’s expense; or
  2. The product will be recycled.

If you do not select one of the above options within fourteen (14) days of us informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

  • Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@uniwidemerchandise.com .

  • Exchanges.

Products are eligible for exchange if the product is defective or damaged within thirty (30) days from the purchase confirmation. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@uniwidemerchandise.com  .

  • Gifts.

Subject to the limitations, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement, gifts may be refunded. If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
